I'm on a mission to help women stop chasing what looks right and start building what feels right. After two decades of grinding my way up the corporate ladder in the retail, legal, and fintech industries, I was burned out, clueless about my purpose, and missing the real joy in life. My own self-worth was defined by my job title, nothing more. So I ditched the corporate playbook and went all-in on me so I could build something better - Wisdom and Worth, LLC.

Now I help women cut through all the noise—the shoulds, the spiraling thoughts, the expectations, the fear—to figure out what's actually true for them. Guiding women to get unstuck from "doing life" and into actually living it is what feeds my soul. I'm that coach who tells it straight, helps you think differently, and won't let you settle for a life that looks good on paper but feels empty inside.

I created High Country Community of Coaches because every woman deserves one safe, affordable, and accessible space to work through all the things that keep us spinning - because, for the love, it's never just one thing. So, we're here to help you bring calm to the chaos and design a life that you truly love.

My belief is that everyone should feel happiest at home. I am fascinated with the concept of home and what makes a home personal. I have a natural curiosity for learning how people live and finding creative ways for a home to tell the stories of those who live there. In 2016, after many years working in new construction, I became a professional home organizer and started the Home Girl brand. Since then, I have guided countless families in establishing routines and systems that make their day-to-day lives more efficient.

Your home is where “life” happens. Yet so many times our homes do not reflect us. Is the morning routine chaotic? Let’s develop a routine that turns that into calm. Can you never find anything in your closet? We can work together to develop a system to help that. Is folding clothes always a chore? Maybe the laundry room needs a revamp. I believe women deserve to understand their own bodies—not spend years being told "your labs look normal" while feeling like garbage. After years as an attorney pushing through stress and ignoring every signal my body sent, I paid the price with two endocrine disorders and pre-diabetes by my thirties. That wake-up call became my turning point.

I threw myself into understanding what my body actually needed and discovered just how much control we really have over our health. Now I help women cut through the hormone confusion and frustration of feeling unheard, shifting from "something's wrong with me" to "I know exactly how my body works."

My business, Vital Balance With Jess, focuses on science-based education that actually makes sense. I'm the coach who gives you the tools and confidence to advocate for yourself and create wellness that fits your real life.
