Join us four times a year to tackle the "big rocks" and the stressors that keep you up at night. Each session brings our three certified coaches together to navigate the intersection of your home, health, and mindset—because these things don’t exist in silos, and neither should your support.

We provide actionable solutions catered to your everyday life, backed by a community connection that keeps you from stalling out in isolation. You aren’t just joining a workshop; you’re gaining a team. Period.

How Workshops Work

Our goal is to make the workshops easy to access and coordinate around. We know timing won't work for everyone, every time, but we've gotten creative so you get the support you need no matter what's popping up in life.

  • Format: 3-hour sessions focused on topics relevant to your everyday life.

  • Location: All workshops are in-person at a Boone, NC venue. Q&A sessions are virtual.

  • Size: Intimate groups.

  • Includes: Expert guidance, hands-on activities, light-refreshments, take-home resources, and a lot of fun and connection. 

  • Between Workshops: Quarterly Q&A sessions and a WhatsApp chat to stay connected.

The 3 AM wake-up call is rarely about one thing—it’s the intersection of a racing mind, a cluttered environment, and a body that feels out of sync. This workshop is designed to help you identify which "big rocks" are truly weighing you down and provide the immediate relief that comes from a clear plan. We aren’t just looking for quick fixes; we’re looking for the sustainable shifts that let you finally rest easy.

We'll explore: 

How to identify mental loops and understand the thoughts that talk you out of the change you want.

Home overwhelm and "cluelessness" of where to start with organization. 

Mental exhaustion and the brain fog that persists even when you're "doing everything right".

You'll walk away able to: 

Identify the specific "big rocks" in your life, home, and health that are stalling your progress.

Utilize practical tools for each domain (life & career, home, hormones) to create immediate, consistent relief.

We often live as if our thoughts are facts, but they are actually just a lens through which we see the world. In this immersive session, we peel back the curtain on how your consciousness creates your reality. By getting curious and applying the power of inquiry, you’ll learn how to rethink what's true, what's possible, and what's next, allowing you to stop "doing life" and start designing one that feels fabulous and true.

We'll explore

How your mind, thoughts, and consciousness work together to create your reality.

The power of inquiry and how key questions provide instant clarity. 

Identifying habits that hold you back so you can catch them in real-time.

How to stop living according to someone else’s expectations and start creating a reality that is authentic to you.

You'll walk away able to: 

Recognize how your thoughts actively create your reality and how to intentionally shift them. 

 Interrupt old, derailment-prone patterns that have been running your life.

Apply powerful inquiry questions to gain clarity whenever you feel yourself beginning to spiral.

An organized home does more than look good—it can lower stress, improve sleep, and help you feel calmer and more grounded in your day-to-day life. In this hands-on workshop, we will explore your home together, looking at it through a honest lens to gently uncover what’s working, what’s not, and why. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s building a system that supports how you actually live.

We'll explore: 

How your home makes you feel - and how you carry those feelings out into the world.

Whether your home is truly working for you...or if you are working for your home.

 How simple, realistic systems can promote efficiency, and how the whole family can participate in these systems.

 Why the "it-is-what-it-is" mindset happens in your home - and how to move through it.

You'll walk away able to: 

Understand the psychology behind your space and your habits.

Execute a prioritized, realistic plan to get started and keep momentum going.

Maximize the space you already have and identify opportunities to improve it.

Confidently open your doors, invite people in, and feel happiest at home.

Real wellness is built on making informed decisions that honor your body’s unique chemistry. In this science-based session, we pull back the curtain on the hormonal rhythms that drive your physical health, energy, and metabolism. This workshop provides the education and tools needed to stop guessing and start taking agency over your own vitality. 

We'll explore:

How to work with your hormonal rhythms to sustain physical energy all day long.

What is actually happening behind the scenes when your moods feel like a rollercoaster. 

How hormones influence your metabolism-and how to bring them back into balance.

How to advocate for yourself in medical appointments and understand which tests to request based on your specific health concerns.

You'll walk away able to: 

 Understand your body's unique hormonal rhythms and their impact on your mood and metabolism.

Implement simple, practical tools to begin restoring balance to your body and mind.

Interpret your body's internal signals with confidence instead of second-guessing them.

 Identify the specific drivers behind your symptoms to determine your best next steps.
